Aviation Legend Harry Combs presented this Reproduction Wright Flyer as a gift to the Nation on Decmber 17, 2003. Mr. Combs' wish was to have an authentic reproduction of the 1903 Flyer built by the Wright Experience on permanent display at the site of the first flight of 1903. He contracted with the Discovery of Flight Foundation to produce the machine, which is on display in the Flight Room at the visitor's center of Wright Brothers National Memorial.
